We reserve the right to change our program offerings, schedules, and pricing at any time without notice. All classes and services are subject to availability. Participation in physical training involves inherent risk of injury; a separate waiver and release of liability is required prior to participation.
  5. Enrollment and Payment: Class enrollment and membership requests may be placed through our website. All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any enrollment for any reason, including but not limited to, class capacity or suspected fraud.
  6. Merchandise and Returns: If Lum Legacy BJJ Academy sells apparel or gear through our website, separate terms regarding shipping and returns will apply and will be provided at the time of purchase.
